About SUTS Report
SUTS (Stars Under the Sun) Report is a recruiting/scouting service that has been approved in accordance with NCAA bylaws, policies, and procedures. Through this service, SUTS Report evaluates the top players in Florida in an effort to help college coaches identify prospects and assist in recruiting the Sunshine State. SUTS Report is run day-to-day by Brandon Fisher who serves as the Director of Scouting. Having served as the Director of Basketball Operations at UNC Asheville, founder of Prep Girls Hoops Florida, and Regional Scout on the PGH Circuit – Brandon uses his experience to evaluate players on a 5 star system based on their skill set, size, strength, speed, effort, energy, body language, leadership, potential, and overall recruitabilty.
In addition to being an NCAA compliant recruiting/scouting service, SUTS Report is also an event company that runs high school, middle school, and travel tournaments as well as individual showcases. Through its events, SUTS Report aims to bring top level talent, solid teams and organizations, and well-organized events that bring a competitive environment and exposure to those that attend.
Brandon and the SUTS staff aim to cover the top high school, travel, and individual showcases across the state to evaluate potential future collegiate players. The SUTS Report focuses its coverage in all of Florida along with selective coverage across the country at larger events. Rankings are updated throughout the year to player profiles so that subscribers have the most up to date evaluations and contact info for players in the database. Currently the SUTS Report database has 200+ evaluations on players in the 2024-2030 classes.

Originally co-founded in 2002 by Paul Torres, Obel Cruz and Miguel Diaz the SUTS Report has provided information on girls basketball players from the tri-county (Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach) area and beyond for over 15 years. The SUTS Report is the # 1 single state recruiting service in the state of Florida, offering in depth evaluations on the top girls basketball players in South Florida and all across the state. All subscribers will have access to an online player database that sorts players by name, class, position, school, and ranking. The SUTS Report is here to help college coaches find what they’re are looking for!
