Originally started in 2002 by Paul Torres, the SUTS Report has provided information on girls basketball players from the tri-county (Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach) area and beyond for over 10 years. The SUTS Report is the # 1 single state recruiting service in the state of Florida, offering in depth evaluations on the top girls basketball players in South Florida and all across the state. All subscribers will have access to an online player database that sorts players by name, class, position, school, and ranking.
